I am surprised that process, which in cooking defines the relationships between ingredients, and in interactive media largely defines the level of influence design has over business and technology concerns, isn&#039;t more often discussed in this context. Just as ROI of usability has slowly (and not always surely) come to light, I suspect--and certainly hope--process will, in time, too.
